Setting it up

Install the app on your Whop
Add Proposal Flow to your company from the Whop dashboard. Everything below happens inside Whop — there's nothing separate to log into.

Sync or create your plans
Plans & Pricing mirrors the plans on your Whop account, and you can create new ones without leaving the app. The price a client sees is the price Whop charges — there is no separate price to keep in step.

Write your template once
Your intro, services, terms and what each plan includes. Every new proposal starts from it, so you're editing the client's name, not the whole document.

Send the link
Each proposal gets its own private link. Your client compares the options, pays through Whop checkout, then signs — and the signed agreement is stored against the deal.
How it behaves
- Payment first, then signature
- The client can't sign until Whop confirms the payment, and the proposal isn't marked won until they've signed.
- The signed agreement is kept
- The contract is frozen at the moment of signing, with the timestamp, IP and device recorded alongside it.
- Your Whop account, your money
- Checkout runs on your own Whop plans. Payments land where they already land.

Proposals aren't listed here. Open the private link the agency sent you — it goes straight to your proposal. If you can't find it, ask them to resend it.
